Simple Teriyaki Salmon
- 2- 6 oz salmon filet, skin on
- ¼ cup teriyaki sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Neutral oil
Preheat your air fryer grill on the Air Fry setting to 350F
- Season the skin and flesh of your salmon with salt and pepper.
- Lightly brush the salmon fillets with teriyaki sauce. Air fry skin side up for 5 minutes, liberally baste with teriyaki sauce and cook for another 3 minutes or until fish is fully cooked and well glazed. You will know your fish is fully cooked when a toothpick easily passes through the flesh with no resistance, or a temperature probe inserted into the thickest portion reads 155 F.

If you don’t enjoy eating the skin, cook your salmon flesh side up and gently pull away the skin before serving.
