CHILE-GARLIC BROCCOLI

 

This is the perfect side dish for spice-lovers! Your Air Fryer delivers crisp-tender results…but you’ve been forewarned; this broccoli is addictive!

Ingredients

1 large head broccoli
2 tablespoons Asian chili oil
3 garlic cloves, minced
2-inch piece fresh ginger, peeled and minced
Salt, to taste

Instructions

1. Trim the stem end of the head of broccoli and cut into florets, leaving the stems intact.

2. Combine the broccoli florets, chili oil, garlic and ginger. Season with salt and toss well.

3. Place the broccoli florets in the basket of your Air Fryer and scrape the bowl of any chopped garlic and ginger and scatter it over the broccoli. Air fry at 370ºF for 10 minutes.
