GENERAL QUESTIONS

You can register your product online at https://kalorik.com/site/customer/account/login/. You may also fill out the ‘Product Registration Card’ located inside the box. The mailing address and fax number are located on the front of the card. Proof of purchase is required. 

Only specific Kalorik Air Fryers include accessories. You can purchase accessories by contacting our customer service team at service@kalorik.com or call us at 888-Kalorik to place your order.

To detach the air frying basket from the basket holder, slide the protection cover and press on the basket release button. Never press the release button unless the basket holder is resting on a flat, level, and heat resistant surface. The basket holder may contain hot oil or liquids.

Only certain products include a recipe book. All Kalorik Air Fryers include a recipe book.

The Water Filtration Vacuum Cleaner cannot be used as a purifier, however, the vacuum does contain air purifying qualities. 

Orders

Your order will be processed within 48 hours. We process orders on business days only. Shipping takes 3-5 business days.

We only accept credit/debit card payments including American Express, Discover, MasterCard, and Visa.

We currently only ship within the United States, however, certain exceptions can be made for customers located in Canada. Please contact customer service for more information.

Orders can only be modified or canceled before they ship. Please contact 1888 KALORIK (585-6145).

Items can be returned within 30 days of the original purchase for a refund. Please note: There is a 20% restocking fee if the unit returned to us is not in the original packaging and in new condition.

Parts and accessories are not covered under the warranty. Please contact the customer service team at service@kalorik.com or call us at 888-Kalorik to place your order.

WARRANTY EXCHANGE

Kalorik offers warranties to U.S and Canada residents. If you purchased one of our units in another country, please contact service@kalorik.com to be directed to the proper team who may help set up your warranty exchange.

Kalorik products are warranted for one (1) year from the date of purchase against defects in material and workmanship. Valid proof of purchase is required to open a warranty claim.

No, the warranty is from the original date of purchase.

There is no warranty for glass parts, glass containers, filter holders, blades, and parts/accessories in general.

Customers are responsible for the initial shipment to Kalorik. We will then cover any additional expenses following.

Shipping both ways can take can take up to 8-10 days. It also takes an additional 3 days to process the return.

The unit may be exchanged. Please contact our customer service team at service@kalorik.com for specific details.
