Ingredients

Directions

Preheat Kalorik Belgian Waffle Maker
Squeeze out the extra water from the grated zucchini
In a large bowl combine the flour, egg, milk, grated Parmesan and salt until it forms a batter. Stir in the grated zucchini
Brush coconut oil on the Kalorik Belgian Waffle Maker, then spoon in the batter and bake for 3-5 minutes or until the outside is crispy. Serve hot

Chef's Tip:

To prevent your zucchini waffles from turning out soggy, make sure to remove as much moisture as possible from the grated zucchini. One way to do this is to sprinkle the grated zucchini with salt and let it sit in a colander for 10-15 minutes.
