This zesty, citrusy fish air fried to perfection is the perfect base for fish tacos.
1 pound mahi-mahi fillet (or other white-fleshed fish), cut into 1-inch strips
1 lime, juice & zest
2 tablespoons olive oil
Salt & freshly ground pepper
Air frying basket
1. Season fish with lime juice & zest, olive oil, and salt & pepper. Let marinate 10 minutes before cooking.
2. When fish has finished marinating, place strips in your air frying basket and select the FISH preset. Cook 5 minutes at 375°F, until opaque, flakey, and fully cooked.
3. Use as a base for your favorite fish taco recipe.
Fish is fully cooked when a fork easily flakes the flesh. Thicker fillets may take longer to cook.
