2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup unsalted butter, softened
1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Air Fryer Preheat Instructions:
Preheat the Kalorik MAXX® 26 Quart Digital Air Fryer Oven to 350°F.
In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
In a large bowl, use the spurtles to blend together the softened butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
Add the eggs and vanilla extract to the large bowl and mix until well combined.
Gradually stir in the dry ingredients until the dough comes together.
Make the effort easier to Scoop the dough using a Mad Hungry’s Spurtle or spoon and roll into balls. Place the balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Place the baking sheet in the preheated air fryer and cook for 8-10 minutes, or until the cookies are lightly golden-brown.
Remove the cookies from the air fryer and let them cool for a few minutes before serving.
For a unique flavor, try adding in some cinnamon, nutmeg, or lemon zest to the dough before cooking. You can also sprinkle some colored sugar or decorate with frosting to finish off the cookies.
