RIB EYE STEAK

Ingredients

4 thin-cut, bone-in rib eye steaks
Sea salt & fresh ground pepper, to taste

Instructions

1. Preheat grill to 1500°F.

2. Season steaks on each side with sea salt & pepper.

3. Place steaks one at a time on the grill grate and slide into the grooves closest to the top. Cook for about 60 seconds. Flip the steaks and cook for 60 seconds more, or until brown and caramelized.

4. Remove steaks and allow to rest several minutes before serving.

    There are a LOT of typos in the written materials of this product….If you can’t be bothered to proofread, how concerned are you with the quality control of the product itself? It would also reflect better on you if you take the time to correct the errors pointed out to you ON your web site….CUSTOMER SERVICE!

    What might I find a grill that can be preheated to 1500°F?

    1500 degrees Fahrenheit? You obviously have a typo here. I am sure that at that temp the whole oven would be a puddle on my kitchen counter. What is the correct temp?

    why does all your recipes say preheat to 1500 F when your air fryer only goes to 500 F
