Mezze Toast


½ cup hummus
¼ cucumber, thinly sliced
5 cherry tomatoes, cut in half
1 tablespoon red onion, diced
2 to 3 Kalamata olives
2 tablespoons feta cheese
½ teaspoon red wine vinegar
½ teaspoon olive oil
flakey sea salt
4 slices of your favorite bread




  1. Toast your favorite bread to your desired level of crispness.

  2. Starting with a generous amount of hummus as a base, layer on the cucumber, red onion, olives, tomatoes, and feta cheese.

  3. Serve each toast with a drizzle of red wine vinegar, olive oil and a pinch of flakey salt.
