2 pounds lamb rib chops
Salt & pepper, to taste


1. Preheat grill to 1500°F.

2. Season both sides of lamb with salt & pepper.

3. Place chops a few at a time on the grill grate and slide into the grooves closest to the top. Cook for about 45 seconds. Flip, then cook 45 seconds more, or until brown and caramelized.

4. Using the 2-in-1 handle, remove the rack with the lamb chops on it, and slide it into the grooves situated closest to the bottom of the oven. Cook approximately 4 minutes per side, or until desired degree of doneness.

5. Repeat with rest of chops.

    My Kalorik only goes up to 500 degrees F. How do you preheat to 1500 degrees F as this recipe calls for?
