1 package cream cheese
2 sticks unsalted butter
3 tablespoons brown sugar
3 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 cup strawberry preserves
1/2 cup blueberry preserves
1 teaspoon salt
Corse sugar to finish

1. Beat cream cheese, butter and sugar in large bowl. Slowly add flour and gradually mix together until combined. Divide dough between 2 pieces of plastic wrap. Flatten into disks and refrigerate for 1 hour.

2. Roll out 1 disk of dough on a floured surface until 1/8 inch thick. Cut out 2 inch squares and lift the cutouts with spatula. Arrange 2 inches apart on a sheet tray.

3. Spoon 1 tablespoon of preserves onto the center. Fold in 2 opposite corners and press down to seal in the middle once overlapped. Sprinkle with coarse sugar.

4. Select the AIR FRY function and cook at 425°F for 15 minutes. Remove, then allow cookies to cool in pan for 10 minutes.

The maxx is a pretty impressive (all in one) air fryer after a couple months of usage. Rotation and/or flipping of food and are usually required halfway through the cooking cycle.
However, the range of machine preset times and temperatures seem to be almost, pretty spot on. You may adjust their auto settings positive or negatively to your preference. 21 presets plus the ability to manually tweak the auto settings make this machine intuitive to operate. Dependability is unknown at this time, perhaps after the passage of years it will still continue to function. So far, yes to the maxx !!
