Herb Cream Cheese Toast


4 slices of bread
1 to 2 radishes, sliced thinly
1 small cucumber sliced thinly
1 lemon, cut into wedges
1 teaspoon olive oil
4 ounces cream cheese
½ teaspoon fresh oregano, finely chopped
½ teaspoon fresh dill, finely chopped
½ teaspoon fresh mint, finely chopped
½ teaspoon fresh parsley, finely chopped
1 teaspoon fresh chives, finely chopped
¼ teaspoon lemon zest
¼ teaspoon white pepper


Hand mixer


  1. In a small bowl add cream cheese, whip with hand mixer until light and fluffy.

  2. Add in finely chopped herbs, pepper and lemon zest, and whip until well incorporated.

  3. Toast bread to desired level of crispness.

  4. Generously spread cream cheese mixture onto toast, top with radish and cucumber slices. Add a drizzle of olive oil and a lemon wedge.
