Grilled Stone Fruit
A wonderful use of the freshest summer fruits- this recipe is perfect for spring and summer parties! The easiest grilled dessert, pairs well with pound cake and is great for a crowd!

Fluffy whipped ricotta cream and sweet summer stone fruit combine to bring forward the best dessert of the summer- and the easiest too!
Ingredients
6 Peaches, Plums or Nectarines, cut in half and pits removed
1 cup sugar
2 teaspoons salt
2 cups heavy whipping cream, divided
½ cup cold ricotta
¼ cup powdered sugar
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
Mint, for garnish

Directions
In a small bowl combine sugar and salt. Mix well.
Pour salt/sugar mix onto a baking pan and rest fruit, cut side down into the mixture. Rest 20 minutes.
Preheat your Kalorik Maxx Air Fryer Oven Grill on the Grill setting and extend the time to 30 minutes.
In a small bowl whisk together ½ cup heavy cream and ricotta cheese. Whisk until fully and peaks have begun to form. Set aside.
In a separate bowl beat cold cream, with vanilla and powdered sugar until stiff peaks form.
Add ricotta and cream mixture to whipped cream and gently fold to incorporate. Cover and refrigerate until ready to use.
Remove fruit from sugar mixture and place skin side up onto the grill. Grill 4-5 minutes until marks are visible and the fruit is soft and warmed. Remove from heat and allow to cool for 2-3 minutes.
Top each fruit half with a dollop of ricotta-whipped cream and serve warm, garnished with mint!
Recipe Note
For a boozy twist, add ¼ cup of Grand Marnier to the sugar and salt mixture in step 2!
