Banana Butter Blast


1 cup frozen bananas
7 ounces Greek yogurt 
¼ cup almond butter
1 cup milk 




  1. Place bananas, almond butter, yogurt, and milk in your blender. Secure lid.

  2. Blend on high speed for 2 to 3 minutes or until all ingredients are evenly blended. 

  3. Pour into your favorite glass and enjoy for breakfast or a midday snack!
