Tender and juicy chicken thighs take just 15-minutes in your Kalorik Air Fryer! When the summer heat is scorching, make this Ginger+Soy Glazed Chicken for a quick fix. Serve the chicken over rice noodles and garnish with strips of fresh mango and thinly sliced jalapeños, for a flavor explosion~
2 garlic cloves
2-inch ginger root, peeled and chopped
1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
1/4 cup packed dark brown sugar
2 tablespoons olive oil
Freshly ground pepper
6 boneless skinless chicken thighs
1. Combine the garlic cloves, ginger, soy sauce, brown sugar and olive oil in your Kalorik Sport Blender. Blend until well combined.
2. Pour the marinade into a resealable plastic bag and add the chicken thighs. Marinate for at least 1 hour and up to 12 hours in the refrigerator.
3. To cook, remove the chicken thighs from the marinade and pat dry. Place the chicken thighs in a single layer in your Kalorik Air Fryer and air fry at 390ºF for 7 minutes. Turn the chicken thighs over and air fry at 390ºF for 7 minutes more.
4. If desired, pour the marinade into a small pot and bring to a simmer over medium-low heat. Cook for 3 minutes or until reduced to a thick glaze. Brush the chicken with the glaze before serving.
