Super easy, full of fabulous flavor and protein-strong, serve these tasty bites with air fried baby potatoes or a salad and you have the perfect weeknight meal.


12-ounce filet mignon steak, cut into 1 1/2-inch cubes
6 ounces white button mushrooms, cleaned and cut in half
2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Salt & freshly ground pepper 


1. Place steak cubes and mushrooms in a mixing bowl and add Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder and olive oil. Season with salt & pepper and toss to coat well.

2. Spread steak and mushrooms in an even layer in your air frying basket. Air fry at 400°F for 8 minutes, for medium-rare meat.

3. Serve with peppery watercress, air fried baby potatoes or a fresh green salad.
