How to Save Time Cooking Your Favorite Meals
Pressed for time, but still craving a satisfying meal? Not a problem! The Kalorik MAXX Air Fryer Oven lets you prepare healthy, hearty, home-cooked meals even on the busiest schedules. The MAXX cooks food up to 50% faster than a conventional oven, and 25-30% quicker than leading air fryers and air fryer ovens. To save time on dishes that ordinarily take hours of preparation and cooking, just use your MAXX instead. Cook a whole 4-pound chicken in 37 minutes, 1.2 pounds of French fries in 14 minutes, a juicy, sizzling steak in 8 minutes, tangy wings in 15 minutes, a crisp 12-inch pizza in 18 minutes, perfectly poached eggs in 6 minutes, and even a proper cake in a mere 5 minutes! Thanks to its extra-large capacity and multi-level design, you can save even more time by cooking multiple items simultaneously.
Even Cooking Tips
To ensure perfectly cooked results and even browning on all sides, rotate your tray or accessory halfway through cook time for best results. This will make sure all pieces are cooked evenly and thoroughly. To accommodate baking recipes, drop the requested temperature by 25°F to adjust for the fan.
Tips for Best Browning
To achieve perfectly golden caramelization on your favorite air fried dishes, use the ‘Fast Air Fry’ position situated at the top of your Kalorik MAXX Air Fryer Oven. To apply heat to food from both top and bottom elements, use the Toast setting.
Tips for Using the Rotisserie
When it comes to your rotisserie, don’t be afraid to boast your roast and get creative with ideas beyond just chicken! Dare to try new things like boneless lamb leg, pork tenderloin, roast beef, and many others that work exceptionally well on the rotating spit. To ensure your chicken or meat of choice is well balanced on the rotisserie, check that it spins without snagging or grazing any heating elements while it rotates. Truss the chicken with butcher’s twine or other cotton string (never nylon) to ensure the chicken stays fixed on the spit.
How to Preheat Your MAXX Air Fryer Oven
To preheat your Kalorik MAXX Air Fryer Oven, add five to ten minutes to the cooking time of your dish when selecting the cooking time and temperature settings. When the appliance is in Air Fry mode, you do not need to preheat the MAXX. If you’re using the Bake, Broil, Pastry, Pizza, or Roast mode, it is recommended to preheat the MAXX for at least ten minutes at the desired temperature to achieve optimal results. When using the Steak function, you should preheat the MAXX for five minutes, and make sure the steak stray is placed inside the unit during preheating to enhance caramelization.
How to Care for Your MAXX Accessories
To keep your accessories in top condition, be sure to wash them after every use. MAXX accessories like your air frying basket, steak tray, bacon tray, rotisserie kit, etc., can be washed in the dishwasher, with the exception of the crumb tray which must be hand washed. Make sure to clean your crumb tray between uses to prevent grease and grime from building up. To remove stuck-on residue from the accessories, soak them in warm, soapy water for a couple of hours and up to overnight, then clean the accessory again. Do not use abrasive cleaning materials or harsh chemicals as this may damage the non-stick coating. Although they are dishwasher-safe, hand washing the accessories with gentle dish soap is ideal for preserving the non-stick coating. To help keep your baking tray clean, use parchment paper that’s been tucked and folded or cut to fit the baking tray's exact size and line your tray with it before baking. This will make cleanup a breeze!
Safety Tips
To ensure MAXXimum safety, always unplug your unit after use. Always use oven gloves or mitts and the included metal handles when handling the accessories to avoid burning. Never cover the oven or store items on top of the MAXX to avoid disrupting the airflow system and creating a fire hazard. Always leave enough space around the oven (6 inches recommended) to allow for proper airflow and avoid damage.
Cleaning Tips for Your MAXX Air Fryer Oven
Cleaning your Kalorik MAXX Air Fryer Oven with a wash cloth
Cleaning your Kalorik MAXX Air Fryer Oven after each use is essential, as it prevents the accumulation of grease and the formation of smoke and unpleasant odors. Thankfully, it’s very easy to clean! The trick is to wipe the inside of the oven with a damp sponge or soapy towel while the oven is still warm, but not hot. Then simply wipe it dry with a cloth or paper towel. Do not use metal kitchen utensils, scouring pads, or abrasive cleaning materials and solutions such as bleach. Also, always remember to place your baking tray a rung or two below your air frying basket when using it to cook to catch any drips or falling bits of food. This will help keep the bottom of your MAXX clean.
