Your Kalorik Panini Maker & Grill makes the ultimate quesadilla; crispy and gooey and simply delectable.
4 soft taco-size authentic flour tortillas
1 1/2 cups shredded Mexican blend cheese
1 ripe avocado – peeled, pitted and sliced
Pico de gallo
1. Heat the your Kalorik Panini Maker & Grill to high heat.
2. Place a tortilla on the Panini maker and top with 3/4 of a cup of shredded cheese, spreading the cheese evenly over the tortilla. Place another tortilla on top and close the Panini maker.
3. Cook for 3 to 4 minutes or until the tortilla is toasted and golden brown and the cheese is melted through. Repeat using the remaining tortillas and cheese.
4. Slice the quesadillas into wedges and top with sliced avocado and Pico de Gallo.
