GINGERED CRANBERRY SAUCE
Super simple, just let the cranberries bubble away and the aromas waft through your house!
2 (12-ounce) bags fresh cranberries
2 green apples – peeled, cored and diced
2 cups granulated sugar
1 teaspoon ground ginger
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
Juice and zest of 2 oranges
Pinch of salt
1. Combine all of the ingredients in your Kalorik slow cooker.
2. Cook on high, covered, for 3 hours. After three hours, remove the lid and cook for 1 hour more.
