I can’t believe what a space-saving versatile piece of equipment my Kalorik oven is. It replaces most of the equipment taking up counter space, along with phenomenal results every time. I have to thank my wife for this amazing Christmas gift from last Christmas.

    How’s everyone doing?
I have read many of the comments about throwing a chicken on the spit and letting her go…
I have decided to spit roast a 5lb chicken in my Kalorik oven as well. A trick to getting the bird nice and tight without the hassle of trussing the damn thing is to align the spikes on your spit forks with the drums and wings. Push them in tight, nice and compact without the frustration.

I just finished cooking a beautiful (just under 6lb) whole chicken on the rotisserie spit, in my Kalorik Maxx Air Fryer. Yes, it was difficult tressing the bird before cooking and I agree that an extra set of hands would have been helpful but I WAS able to do it.
For those saying that it is not possible to rotisserie cook a whole chicken / that it is false advertising… You are incorrect.
As suggested, read the instruction manual, search the web for tips from others and try again.
I promise, you are able to cook a whole chicken on the rotisserie in this air fryer and once you figure out how, it is SOOO worth it.
Incredibly delicious, I will be making this regularly!
(I wish I could add photos but there is no option to do so, sorry!)

Folks….I have a 4 lb 12 ounce chicken spinning on my rotisserie right now. Tying the knots to properly tress it sucks (damned near impossible without help, but I did it. Accusing the folks who produce this oven of misleading is wrong. It is a small, affordable it fryer. Red the directions, and follow them. OR go out and spend 3X as much for a bigger fryer that will make life easier for you.
