Pumpkin Chai Spiced Granola
This granola will make you feel warm and cozy. Top your favorite yogurt , pancakes, or simply eat on it’s own for a crunchy snack. The Pumpkin purée and array of spices is the key for maximum flagrancy and flavors.
- 2 Cups Rolled Oats
- ¼ cup chopped nuts (of your choice)
- ¼ tsp Ground Cloves
- ¼ tsp Ground Cardamom
- ¼ tsp Ground Cinnamon
- ¼ tsp Ground Nutmeg
- ¼ tsp Ground Ginger
- ¼ tsp Salt
- 4 Tbsp Honey
- ¼ Cup Pumpkin Puree
- Parchment Lined Baking Tray
- Medium Sized Mixing Bowl
- Spurtle or Spatula
- Preheat Kalorik Oven to 325F Bake
While the oven is preheating, thoroughly mix all ingredients besides the Rolled Oats in your medium sized mixing bowl with your spurtle or spatula.
Pour the Rolled Oats evenly on your parchment lined baking tray and place into your preheated Kalorik oven for 8 minutes or until lightly toasted.
- Decrease Kalorik Oven to 300 F Bake
Pour the toasted oats directly into your mixing bowl seasoning mixture and combine thoroughly until oats are coated with seasonings and pumpkin puree.
Spread this mixture back on to the parchment lined baking sheet and bake for another 10-20 minutes or when everything is a nice golden brown
When golden brown let the granola come to room temperature before breaking into smaller bite sized pieces and Enjoy!
- You can store this granola in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks
Chef’s tips: Add your favorite dried fruits into the granola if you want a sweeter chewier version
