Sweet meets spicy in this delightfully aromatic Frozen Ginger and Mango Martini.
2- slivers of roasted hatch chile (divided)
1-1/4 ounces Azunia Platinum tequila or favorite brand
1/2 - ounce Azunia agave nectar liqueur or favorite brand
1 - ounce mango juice (or anything tropical and sweet i.e., guava, pineapple, passion fruit, etc.)
1/2-ounce Azunia agave nectar liqueur or favorite brand
1 teaspoon fresh grated ginger
1/2-ounce lemon juice
Splash of soda
1. Mix one sliver of Hatch chile in your Kalorik Personal Sport Blender until the chile breaks up.
2. Working in batches, combine ice, tequila, agave nectar, fruit juice, and citrus. Add a splash of soda. Blend the ingredients until smooth.
