COCONUT NAKED BURRITOS

Ingredients

1 bag cauliflower rice
Shredded chicken breast, or meat of your choice
2 tbsp coconut oil
¼ cup shredded cheese of choice
¼ cup chickpeas (or beans of choice)

Instructions

1. Cook meat and season as preferred.

2. Cook cauliflower rice in the coconut oil

3. Place the cooked cauliflower at the bottom of a bowl and place the meat on top.

4. Dress with beans, shredded cheese and any other healthy toppings you’d like (i.e. guacamole, tomatoes, lettuce, hot-sauce, lime, etc.).
