HALLOWEEN MUMMY ENGLISH MUFFIN PIZZAS

Ingredients

4 English muffins
1 1/2 cups marinara sauce
8 green pimento-stuffed olives or black olives, sliced
1 ball Mozzarella cheese

Instructions

1. Split each English muffin with a fork.

2. Place a spoonful of marinara sauce on the cut side of each English muffin half and spread it to cover the English muffin.

3. Slice cheese into quarter-inch slices and cut each slice into a 1/4-inch ribbon. Place cheese ribbons on English muffins, overlapping, to look like mummies. Place two olive slices on each muffin for the eyes.

4. Air fry the mini pizzas at 370ºF for 6 to 8 minutes, or until cheese is melted and muffins are hot on the bottom.
